Pricing: This is the process where we work together to arrive at a Price Opinion and pricing strategy for homes of interest that make sense for you and to you.  Our mutual goal is to establish a pricing strategy & plan for offers that will get you the home of your choice in your desired time frame, for the best cost AND value, with minimal stress.  Done right, we find the right home, make the right offer, negotiate the best deal, and cross the finish line with minimal stress!  Knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industry, local market, and neighborhood are key elements of this phase of our strategy & plan.

Possession: This is where we complete the contract, mortgage, inspection, and title requirements associated with the purchase of your new home, while networking with the real estate, mortgage, and service provider communities.  Communication and negotiations with all parties involved in the purchase transaction are key elements of this aspect of our strategy & plan.
